Avacopan

Indications/Uses

Adjunctive treatment of adults w/ severe, active anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic Ab-associated vasculitis (granulomatosis w/ polyangiitis or microscopic polyangiitis) in combination w/ standard therapy including glucocorticoids.

Dosage/Direction for Use

30 mg bd in the morning & evening.

Administration

Should be taken with food: Swallow whole w/ water, do not crush/chew/open. Avoid grapefruit & grapefruit juice.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.
