Siltuximab

Indications/Uses

Adult patients w/ multicentric Castleman's disease (MCD) who are HIV -ve & human herpes virus-8 (HHV-8) -ve.

Dosage/Direction for Use

IV 11 mg/kg given over 1 hr as infusion every 3 wk until treatment failure.

Contraindications

Severe hypersensitivity.
