Brimonidine tartrate, brinzolamide

Indications/Uses

Decrease of elevated IOP in adult patients w/ open-angle glaucoma or ocular HTN for whom monotherapy provides insufficient IOP reduction.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult including the elderly 1 drop in the affected eye(s) bd.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Patients receiving MAOIs; antidepressants which affect noradrenergic transmission (eg, TCAs & mianserin). Hyperchloraemic acidosis. Severe renal impairment. Neonates & infants <2 yr.
