Pomalyst

In combination w/ bortezomib & dexamethasone in adult patients w/ multiple myeloma who have received at least 1 prior treatment regimen including lenalidomide. In combination w/ dexamethasone in adult patients w/ relapsed & refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least 2 prior treatment regimens including lenalidomide & bortezomib & have demonstrated disease progression on the last therapy.

In combination w/ bortezomib & dexamethasone Initially 4 mg once daily on days 1-14 of repeated 21-day cycles. Bortezomib: 1.3 mg/m² IV or SC once daily on days 1, 4, 8 & 11 of each 21-day cycle for cycles 1-8; & on days 1 & 8 of each 21-day cycle for cycle 9 onwards. Dexamethasone: 20 mg once daily on days 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11 & 12 of each 21-day cycle for cycles 1-8; & on days 1, 2, 8 & 9 of each 21-day cycle for cycle 9 onwards. Elderly >75 yr Dexamethasone: 10 mg once daily on days 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11 & 12 of each 21-day cycle for cycle 1-8; & on days 1, 2, 8 & 9 of each 21-day cycle for cycle 9 onwards. In combination w/ dexamethasone Initially 4 mg once daily on days 1-21 of each 28-day cycle. Dexamethasone: 40 mg once daily on days 1, 8, 15 & 22 of each 28-day cycle. Elderly >75 yr Dexamethasone: 20 mg once daily on days 1, 8, 15 & 22 of each 28-day cycle.

May be taken with or without food: Take at the same time each day. Swallow whole, do not open/break/chew.

Hypersensitivity. Male patients unable to follow or comply w/ required contraceptive measures. Women of childbearing potential unless all conditions of pregnancy prevention programme are met. Pregnancy.
