Momelotinib

Indications/Uses

Disease-related splenomegaly or symptoms in adult patients w/ moderate to severe anaemia who have primary myelofibrosis, post polycythaemia vera myelofibrosis or post essential thrombocythaemia myelofibrosis & who are Janus Kinase inhibitor naïve or have been treated w/ ruxolitinib.

Dosage/Direction for Use

200 mg once daily.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Pregnancy & lactation.
