Ambroxol HCl

Indications/Uses

Conditions where there are a lot of thick secretions or mucus in air passages; helps clear the chest by thinning the mucus in the air passages.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Tab Adult 1 tab tds. Therapeutic effect may be enhanced by administering 2 tab bd. Oral liqd Adult & childn >12 yr 10 mL bd, 6-12 yr 5 mL bd-tds, 2-5 yr 2.5 mL tds.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.
