Monotherapy or in combination w/ dabrafenib in adult patients w/ unresectable or metastatic melanoma w/ BRAF V600 mutation. In combination w/ dabrafenib for adjuvant treatment of patients w/ melanoma w/ BRAF V600 mutation & involvement of lymph node(s) following complete resection; in adult patients w/ advanced NSCLC w/ BRAF V600 mutation; in patients w/ locally advanced or metastatic anaplastic thyroid cancer w/ BRAF V600 mutation & no satisfactory locoregional treatment options; paed patients ≥1 yr w/ low-grade glioma w/ BRAF V600E mutation who require systemic therapy.

FC tab Adult 2 mg once daily. Ped patient weighing ≥51 kg 2 mg once daily, 38-50 kg 1.5 mg once daily, 26-37 kg 1 mg once daily. Powd for oral soln Patient weighing ≥51 kg 40 mL (2 mg) once daily, 46-50 kg 32 mL (1.6 mg) once daily, 42-45 kg 28 mL (1.4 mg) once daily, 38-41 kg 25 mL (1.25 mg) once daily, 34-37 kg 23 mL (1.15 mg) once daily, 30-33 kg 20 mL (1 mg) once daily, 26-29 kg 18 mL (0.9 mg) once daily, 22-25 kg 17 mL (0.85 mg) once daily, 18-21 kg 14 mL (0.7 mg) once daily, 14-17 kg 11 mL (0.55 mg) once daily, 12-13 kg 9 mL (0.45 mg) once daily, 11 kg 8 mL (0.4 mg) once daily, 9-10 kg 7 mL (0.35 mg) once daily, 8 kg 6 mL (0.3 mg) once daily.

FC tab: Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take at least 1 hr before or at least 2 hr after meal. Do not chew/crush. Powd for oral soln: May be taken with or without food: May be taken w/ low-fat meal. When coadministered w/ dabrafenib, take at least 1 hr before or at least 2 hr after meal.
