Indications/Uses

Reduction of renal radiation exposure during peptide-receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) w/ lutetium (¹⁷⁷Lu) oxodotreotide in adults.

Dosage/Direction for Use

IV Adult Infuse a full bag of LysaKare as a 4-hr infusion (250 mL/hr) 30 min prior to lutetium (¹⁷⁷Lu) oxodotreotide. Pre-treatment: Administer antiemetics w/ a sufficient lead time prior to the start of LysaKare.
