Elranatamab

Indications/Uses

Adult patients w/ relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least 3 prior therapies including proteasome inhibitor, immunomodulatory agent & anti-CD38 monoclonal Ab.

Dosage/Direction for Use

SC Recommended dosing schedule: 12 mg as step-up dose 1 on day 1 of wk 1. 32 mg as step-up dose 2 on day 4 of wk 1. 76 mg once wkly as full treatment dose on day 1 of wk 2-24. 76 mg once every 2 wk as full treatment dose on day 1 of wk 25 onwards. Continue treatment until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Premed: Administer paracetamol 500 mg PO, dexamethasone 20 mg IV/PO & diphenhydramine 25 mg PO approx 1 hr before 1st 3 doses of Elrexfio.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.
