Niraparib, abiraterone acetate

Indications/Uses

Combination of niraparib & abiraterone acetate w/ prednisone or prednisolone for adults w/ metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) & breast cancer (BRCA) gene mutations (germline &/or somatic) in whom chemotherapy is not clinically indicated.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Recommended dosage: 200 mg niraparib/1,000 mg abiraterone acetate (2 tab of 100 mg/500 mg) as single daily dose at approx same time every day. Use w/ prednisone or prednisolone 10 mg daily.

Administration

Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take at least 2 hr after meal or 1 hr before meal. Swallow whole w/ water.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Moderate or severe hepatic impairment. Pregnancy.
