Clidinium Br 2.5 mg, chlordiazepoxide 5 mg
Indications/Uses
Adjunctive therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer, irritable bowel syndrome & acute enterocolitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult
3-4 tab daily.
Elderly
Initially 1-2 tab daily, increased gradually to the most effective dose.
Dysmenorrhoea
Take 3-4 days before menstruation.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 30 min-1 hr before meals.
Contraindications
Glaucoma.
Special Precautions
Prostatic hypertrophy. May affect ability to drive or operate machinery. Elderly & debilitated patients.
Adverse Reactions
Drowsiness, sedation, muscular weakness.
