Komposisi

Per 5 mL sir Sanadryl Difenhidramin HCl 12.5 mg, amonium klorida 100 mg, K guaiakolsulfonat 30 mg, Na sitrat 50 mg, menthol 1 mg. Per 5 mL sir Sanadryl DMP Dekstrometorfan HBr 10 mg, difenhidramin HCl 12.5 mg, amonium klorida 100 mg, Na sitrat 50 mg, menthol 1 mg.

Indikasi/Kegunaan

Meredakan batuk produktif yg disebabkan reaksi alergi.

Dosis/Cara Penggunaan

Sanadryl Dws 2 sdt 3-4 x/hr. Anak 1 sdt 3-4 x/hr. Sanadryl DMP Dws 2 sdt 3-4 x/hr. Anak 6-12 thn 1 sdt 3-4 x/hr.

Pemberian

Dapat diberikan bersama atau tanpa makanan.

Perhatian Khusus

Peny hati, asma; glaukoma;, MAOI. Dpt mempengaruhi kemampuan mengemudi atau menjalankan mesin. Hamil & laktasi.

Efek Samping

Mengantuk, pusing, ggn koordinasi, sekresi sal nafas mengental; pusing, mulut kering; kejang epileptiform (dosis besar).

Interaksi Obat

Dapat meningkatkan efek obat penekan SSP lainnya. Lama kerja obat dpt diperpanjang oleh MAOI.
