Tab: Reumatik non artikuler. Inflamasi & bentuk degeneratif reumatik, AR, OA, spondilitis ankilosa, spondiloartritis. Emulgel: Traumatik inflamasi pd tendon, ligamen, otot, sendi, rematik jar lunak (spt tendovagitis, bursitis, sindrom bahu-tangan & periartropati), peny rematik terlokalisir (spt OA pd sendi perifer & kolumna vertebra).
Tab Dws 50 mg 2-3 x/hr, anak > 1 thn 0.5-3 mg/kgBB/hr dlm dosis terbagi. Emulgel Oleskan 3-4 x/hr.
Sebaiknya diberikan bersama makanan : Berikan segera ssdh makan. Telan utuh, jangan dikunyah/dihancurkan.
Tukak peptik; Pasien yg mengalami asma atau reaksi alergi yg dipicu oleh diklofenak, aspirin, atau OAINS lain.
Kerusakan hati atau ginjal berat & ggn GI. Hamil trimester 1.
Ggn GI, pusing, sakit kepala. Emulgel: Iritasi lokal, eritema, pruritus atau dematitis, fotosensitivitas kulit, deskuamasi, atrofikulit.
M01AB05 - diclofenac ; Belongs to the class of acetic acid derivatives and related substances of non-steroidal antiinflammatory and antirheumatic products.
M02AA15 - diclofenac ; Belongs to the class of non-steroidal antiinflammatory preparations for topical use. Used in the treatment of joint and muscular pains.
