Codeine

Indications/Uses

Mild to moderate pain, suppression of dry painful cough.

Dosage/Direction for Use

10-20mg every 4-6 hrs (max: 120mg). CHILDREN 6-12 YRS: 5-10mg every 4-6 hrs. (max: 60mg/day). 2-6 YRS: 0.5-1mg/kg daily in equally div doses every 4-6 hrs (max: 30mg/day).
